My hope is that this site serves as a guide for you. Something you can go back to again and again, and learn something new from as you grow in your texas hold'em poker career. My goal is to make this material accessible to anyone, but it's not aimed at absolute beginners. I'm assuming you've found this through a friend or texas hold'em poker link somewhere, and you've already had some success or failure at online poker. There's going to be a lot of common online texas hold'em poker lingo used, and the glossary may not be enough help if you aren't already playing online. Don't let that dissuade you if you aren't already playing online. If you have any questions about the content of references, I'm an open book. :) Let's begin.
Just like most of you, I gravitated towards online hold'em poker for a lot of reasons. If you get good at this game, it offers a lot of flexibility, but like some have said, "It’s a hard way to make an easy living." Whatever the reason you are deciding to play poker, I wish you much success at the tables and in life. We truly only recognize our own greatness, when we assist and help others to reach theirs.
